We are seeking an efficient, reliable and highly motivated Admissions Officer to commence as soon as possible
The hours of work will be 32.5 per week Monday – Friday Term time plus 1 week (specified days)
Salary for this role will be on Support Staff Grade 6, currently £27,269 - £31,067 FTE. Actual salary is based on hours and term time weeks.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all admission queries. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent customer service and ICT skills alongside an ability to work closely with staff and students. This role will, at times, involve working under pressure and within tight timescales.
You must be able to manage your own time and workload and respond to the needs of the pupils, visitors and headteacher whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
