Due to the retirement of the current post holder, the Governing Body of this nurturing and caring primary school are looking to appoint a friendly, organised, reliable and experienced staff member to work in the fast paced environment of the school office.
The current post holder will be working with the successful candidate until the Easter holidays, to ensure a smooth and successful transition. In this pivotal role, the requirement to multi task, build and maintain relationships with parents, and be able to use their initiative, is of paramount importance. This is an excellent opportunity for an extremely flexible individual, to be committed to the wider life of the school whilst providing vital administrative support and dedication.

Working within an administrative role and as part of a team and knowledge of SIMS
Use of MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritise workload, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative
Ability to address sensitive matters with a caring manner and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Strong verbal and written communication skills
