We are seeking an Attendance Manager to join the vibrant Achievement Team at Parklands High School, part of the Aspirational Futures Multi-Academy Trust.

Parklands High School is an 11–16 mixed comprehensive school with attendance rates consistently exceeding national averages. We are a popular, over-subscribed, and high-achieving school committed to fostering success for every student. About the Role The Attendance Manager will play a critical role in promoting and sustaining excellent student attendance.

You will:
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of attendance administration.
  • Monitor and improve attendance rates to ensure students achieve the highest possible educational outcomes.
  • Support and challenge students and families when attendance falls below expectations. • Work with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

    The ideal candidate will:
  • Be experienced and knowledgeable about the requirements of attendance management in schools.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work proactively and with sensitivity to address attendance issues.
