Summary
Would you like to help us help our students? If so, we are looking for someone with the right temperament and ability to support the educational, personal, and social development of students, especially those with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people, be a team player and be able to keep students on task and engaged with learning.

In return, you will be working with hugely supportive colleagues, in a beautiful rural location and last but not least, with our amazing students. Our new Learning Support building was opened in Summer 2023 and is a purpose built space with desks and computers for students to work at, as well as meeting rooms. It is the base for our Learning Support team and where students can go when they feel ill or need assistance. It provides a quiet and supportive space for our SEND students, away from the main school buildings.

Our team supports students who have a wide range of needs and we have high aspirations for all. We aim for all our young people to become confident, independent and resilient learners. Our staff are central to our success and this is an excellent opportunity to work in an established and welcoming team. You will have ample opportunity to develop your skills and will be instrumental in guiding our students to even greater achievement. If you are not sure whether our school is the right fit for you, please get in touch for an informal pre-application discussion. We hope to hear from you soon.

Please note CVs are not accepted, to apply for this vacancy you need to complete the application form attached.

Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.
