We are currently seeking to appoint a 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a lovely Year 5 pupil. This is a full-time position working 8.30am- 3.15pm Monday-Friday, term time only. This will include supervising the pupil during breaks and lunch times. This role is currently temporary until July 2025 however this may be extended.
Role Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to a Year 5 pupil on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the recommendations of the pupils EHCP are met
- Assist with classroom activities and individual learning needs
- Work together with the other classroom staff to ensure the pupil is included
- Support the child with their emotional and social development
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement learning plans
