With a strong focus on academic excellence and holistic development, we aim to empower our students to reach their full potential.

Position Overview: As one of our teaching assistants, you will play a crucial role in efficient and effective teaching and learning.  This role is initially a temporary position, starting after February half term with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is covering full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3:30pm (30 hours per week). 

The role will be to provide TA support within a specific class, with the key stage and class to be decided, depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

Scope of role:  Under the teachers clear guidance, in respect of their work with individuals or small groups, to support the education, personal and social development of pupils in the school.  This will include those with special needs and/or bilingual needs and establishing positive relationships with pupils to assist them to complete structured learning activities. The role would be to ensure pupils remain on task and to report progress to the teacher.

Essential Qualifications
NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
