We are seeking to recruit an efficient, organised and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The postholder will support the Headteacher and School Business Manager by fulfilling the duties included in the Site Supervisor 2A Role Profile. The Site Supervisor will contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of caretaking and cleaning duties. The postholder will hold responsibility for the security of the school site, health and safety management and premises maintenance. This site supervisor will line manage a friendly and dedicated team of cleaners. We welcome applicants who hold practical maintenance skills to carry out minor repairs and general improvements to the school site.
The post is a part time position of 20 hours per week, full year (hours negotiable). The working hours are to be confirmed upon appointment of the successful candidate. The postholder is required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.
