The governors of St Anne’s CE Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work across all key stages support SEND pupils.
We have high expectations and we are looking for someone who is going to take a real pride in their work, who will enjoy being part of our school family and has a desire to help SEND children in their education.
We are looking for someone who will:- Support out Christian ethos, values and mission statement in their daily practice
- Complement our hard-working team
- Be enthusiastic
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as proactively
- Promote positive relationships with children, parents, carers, staff and other stakeholders
- Have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum and how this can be adapted to meet the needs of all learners
- Have high expectations of themselves and of the children
- Be able to support SEND pupils in class and on a 1:1 basis
- Follow school policies and procedures well
- Facilitate play for and between children

Permanent contract of 21.6 hours per week. This will be made up of 15 hours at TA3 SEND support and 6.67 at foundation living wage as welfare play assistant.
Working hours: 8:45am – 11:45am TA3 role, 11:50am – 1:10pm welfare play assistant role.
