The Governors of Grange Primary School are looking to appoint a new Site Supervisor. We are looking for someone who will help maintain a safe and pleasant school environment in which our staff team and pupils can work and learn.
We are looking for an experienced, flexible, and motivated individual.
The successful candidate will work with due regard to the health and safety requirements for working in a school and will be committed to following our safeguarding procedures and be able to maintain a safe learning and working environment with due regard for health and safety requirements.
The role will require opening and closing the school at the beginning / end of the day and being on site in order to complete all the necessary safety checks; maintain the records and be able to carry out simple maintenance tasks. The role also includes aspects of grounds maintenance and cleaning, including management of a cleaning team.
This position is part time – 20 hours per week on a split-day , term time only plus 3 weeks, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis. Please note that there may be some flexibility around additional cleaning hours should the successful candidate wish.
