We are seeking to appoint 2 friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and hardworking Welfare Assistants (6.25 hrs) to join our happy Christian school and make an outstanding contribution to our workforce. 6.25 hours a week Pro Rata 11:50am - 1:05pm Monday –Friday The hours are term time only You will need to play an active role in all aspects of school life and support the Christian ethos of our school.
Key skills and qualities needed are:- An ability to work as a team
- Build professional relationships
- Liaise with teachers to support pupils
- Go the extra mile
- Be energetic, positive and have a good sense of humour.
- Have knowledge of or be willing to learn about safeguarding, behaviour, pastoral support and relevant policies and procedures.

- Ensure that all children and their families are at the centre of their education
- Keen to develop exciting opportunities for all children
- Committed to their own professional development to benefit children's learning and progress
