Baxenden St.John's CE Primary School has 207 pupils currently on roll, we are seeking to recruit an experienced teaching assistant to work with our KS2 pupils (However the role could be based in any KS) on a p/t basis.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:45am-1:15pm, this includes an hour welfare duty.
The position is term time plus INSET days.

- Essential Qualifications

NVQ level 2 or above qualification –appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy

Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
