Summary
The Headteacher and Governors of Richard Durning's Endowed Primary School are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Lead Practitioner to lead and manage our thriving Durning's Ducklings Nursery.

We are looking to appoint a hard-working, talented, and dedicated professional who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to continuing to build on the nurturing and inspiring environment for our youngest learners and be part of school life and community.

  • Essential Qualifications

    Early Years Educator Level 3 or equivalent 

    Desirable Qualifications

    Paediatric First Aid Qualification 

    Evidence of continuous professional development in Early Years 

    Essential Experience

    Experience of working with children aged 3-4 in Early Years Foundation Stage / nursery / classroom setting. 


    Desirable Experience

    Experience of planning and delivering the curriculum.

    Experience of administrative work.
