Grade 5 Point 6 £25,183 - Point 11 £27,269 pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Level 2b to work as part of the Key Stage 2 Team in our vibrant, diverse and inclusive school.

We would like to appoint someone who:
- Builds strong relationships with children and their parents
- Is an experienced and highly effective Teaching Assistant who can demonstrate their positive impact on supporting and developing children’s learning
- Has both experience and a thorough understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Accurately identifies and addresses children’s next steps, both through child and adult-led learning
- Uses effective behaviour management strategies
- Is passionate about celebrating the diversity and inclusivity that we are so proud of in our school
