The Headteacher and Governors of Little Hoole Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational Teaching Assistant to join our staff team, who will help us deliver our school aims - Believe, Grow, Achieve.
We're looking for someone who will:- Ensure the children feel valued as unique individuals
- Support and help to ensure lessons are enjoyable and fascinating
- Help and support the children to be confident and resilient both in their learning and wider relationships
- Help provide children with opportunities to nurture, develop and stretch their talents and interests
- Support the children to know how to be safe, secure and healthy, showing excellent behaviour and attitudes to learning
- Support our teaching staff to ensure the children all make excellent progress through the carefully and skillyfully planned curriculum

Little Hoole Primary School is a Good school and a great place to work. Our children are amazing and make you smile every day. It is likely that you will be working with our Reception children in the first instance, but an ability to work flexibly in other key stages would be welcomed. Staff wellbeing and workload is important to us as we want you to feel a valued member of our excellent team.
Please note - The position is a permanent 5-hour minimum contract, although we expect the hours of work for the remainder of the 2024-25 academic year to be 30 hours, between 8:45am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday. This is a termtime only contract, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
The closing date is 12 noon 20/12/2024. The successful candidate to start work on 01/01/25 or asap after this date.
