Summary
The Governors of Primet Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate Welfare Assistant who has a desire to improve outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will share our vision for the school to work alongside the staff to raise standards and to become an outstanding practitioner.

Desirable Qualifications

It is desirable for candidates to hold a current First Aid Certificate, ‘Approved for the Purposes of the Health and Safety regulations 1981

Essential Experience
  • Ability to communicate with adults and children.
  • Ability to maintain records. First aid.
  • Candidates should have experience of working with children in a school environment (voluntary experience is acceptable). 
  • A warm and welcoming manner

  • Desirable Experience
  • Have knowledge of using ICT
  • A good knowledge of office equipment, ie a photocopier.
