Summary
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious Teaching Assistant (2a) to join our happy, successful school and be part of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic staff here at Ormskirk Asmall Primary School as soon as possible.

This is a temporary, part-time position until July 2025.

If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis, working hours of 08:30 - 11.45am on Monday- Friday. The post holder will be required to work alongside teaching staff to provide high quality learning opportunities.

The post holder will also be required to provide lunchtime supervision 11.45-1.00pm Monday - Friday. This will be paid at FLW.

Asmall is a small school but with a big heart within its community. Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ level 2 or above qualification
  • Mathematics or English GCSE or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above

  • Level 2 teaching assistant qualification
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate
