Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher, maintaining continuity in the learning process.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement and participation.
  • Provide feedback and reports on student progress to the appropriate department members.
