Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher, maintaining continuity in the learning process.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement and participation.
- Provide feedback and reports on student progress to the appropriate department members.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
