Summary
The Governors of Cop Lane C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic person to undertake the part-time role of administration assistant. The person appointed will be someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner and is a friendly face to parents and visitors of the school. The role includes some administration work including word processing, basic reprographics and inputting data. The person appointed will be expected to work with the bursar in the office. A willingness to undertake training and development is required.

The hours of this post are from 8.30am-2.30pm (grade 3) one day a week and 8.30am-4.00pm (grade 5) two Fridays a month. The days that will be worked are flexible and will be decided with the successful candidate on appointment. Flexibility is important and the successful candidate would be available to cover the office in the event of illness or if required.
