Summary
We are seeking to appoint a School Admin Support Grade 3 to start with us as soon as possible.

  • undertake a First Aid at Work qualification.

    The hours will be 8.30am to 12 noon, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on a Wednesday.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • To be willing to undertake a First Aid at Work qualification.

  • Desirable Qualifications
  • GCSE's - English and Maths Grade C or above
  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • First Aid at Work Certificate

  • Essential Experience
  • experience of working in a busy office with knowledge of administrative and office systems.
  • experience of maintaining accurate records and handling correspondence.
  • experience of face to face communication with the general public.
  • ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Desirable Experience
  • experience of working within a customer services environment
  • experience of working in a school
  • experience of using schools systems such as SIMS or Arbour
