Summary
The Governors at Barnoldswick Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and motivated teaching assistant, who is passionate about ensuring every child reaches their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who:

  • Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ level 4 or above qualification
  • Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
  • HLTA or QTS Status

  • Essential Experience
  • For the role as a Teaching Assistant in Year One (19 hours 30 minutes a week), you will have experience of working with children in a classroom environment
  • For the role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (13 hours a week), you will have experience of planning, preparing, delivering, assessing and marking learning activities for whole classes
