We are looking to appoint a committed, flexible and organised individual who will join our dynamic team of support staff and help our students to reach their potential within our Performing Arts Department. The role will involve working with students within the classroom including small intervention groups and one-on-one support as well as technical/administrative support for the Performing Arts department including maintaining equipment, assisting with coursework and setting up as needed. You will be expected to establish positive relationships with both children and staff so assist with the delivery of our whole curriculum.

We are seeking:
  • The successful candidate must have excellent skills in music technology including using/maintaining musical equipment, using music editing software as well as general IT skills and musical ability.
  • A candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and can relate to students in a calm and engaging manner
  • A positive attitude and the ability to act as an excellent role model
  • Excellent organisational skills whilst working under pressure and multi-tasking are essential
  • Experience or knowledge of the skills needed working within the performing arts sector is essential
  • Experience within a school environment is desirable but not essential and full training would be provided
