8-4pm Monday - Friday

We are looking to appoint a committed and flexible individual to join our dynamic team of support staff and help our students to reach their potential. The role will involve supporting both inside and outside of the classroom, delivering small group interventions and offering one to one support for students with Education Health Care Plans. You will be expected to establish positive relationships with both children and staff and be part of a highly motivated team who aim to give all students access to a broad and balanced curriculum.

The successful candidate will be required to support students of all abilities over a wide range of subjects; the following skills, qualities and level of experience are therefore essential:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to students in a calm and engaging manner
• A positive attitude and ability to be an excellent role model
• An awareness of how children learn and progress
• Degree level qualification, working toward, or qualified by experience
Previous experience of supporting students within a classroom environment is desirable but not essential.
