    We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working full-time within a Key Stage 2 (KS2) class. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in KS2 and be ready to start as soon as possible.

    Day-to-day of the role:

    Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
    Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
    Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives and address specific needs.
    Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to pupil assessments.
    Prepare classroom materials and resources as required.
    Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive behaviour and discipline.
    Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working within a KS2 setting.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • A commitment to professional growth and a passion for working with children.
