Summary
Hillside caters for 109 students from across Lancashire aged 4-19 with autism and a wide range of associated complex needs. 

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational and talented Grade 9 School Business Manager who can bring financial acumen and strong managerial skills to our successful School. As School Business Manager you will be making a positive impact on the lives and education of all our young people and supporting the wider school community.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with the successful candidate forming part of the Senior Leadership Team providing vision, knowledge and expertise in School Business Management. You will possess excellent interpersonal, management and leadership skills and will be responsible for all aspects of school finance, ensuring financial stability, securing financial partnerships to secure new sources of funding, HR, management of the school site including health and safety, GDPR and support with ICT.

You must be able to work calmly under pressure, communicate effectively with different stakeholders and be able to organise your own workload, directing colleagues around you according to priorities.
