At Shuttleworth College our students are at the centre of everything we do. Our driving purpose is to

absolutely essential to this aim.

The start date for this position falls at the ideal time for the successful candidate to have the opportunity
to support the transition process from primary schools in the Summer Term ready to welcome the new
Year 7 cohort in September 2024. They will then support the year group right through until they leave
us in Year 11, allowing for real time and investment into our young people and their families.

We are seeking:

 A passionate, dedicated professional able to support and inspire students to reach their full
potential.
 Commitment to the students and role, with a proven ability to develop and uphold strong routines.
 A highly motivated individual with the drive and skillset to remove barriers for students in
attendance, behaviour and outcomes.
 Experience of working with students and families within the wider community and engaging with
third party agencies where appropriate.
