Summary
Reed Education work in partnership with Lancashire County Council forming the Lancashire Teaching Agency. We support Secondary Schools across Lancashire to recruit and supply Cover Supervisors to cover Adhoc, Short Term & Long Term vacancies within schools, including Maternity & Long Term Sickness.

  • Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor and looking for part or full time employment?
  • Have you graduated and looking for work within schools?
  • Are you looking to do your Teacher training and looking for experience?
  • Do you have experience working with children, and would like to venture into Secondary school settings?

    To aid those who have limited experience, we are providing a specific training course, FREE of charge, for staff wanting to commit and work as a Cover Supervisor.

    We are looking for people with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • A very high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammar
  • Commitment to professional development and a keenness to learn
  • A passion for working with children 
  • Commitment to Safeguarding
