Summary
The Governors of Saint Mary’s RC Primary School are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate EYFS practitioner to join our team.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant (Level 2B) who:

  • Has knowledge and experience of the new EYFS Curriculum
  • Shows a keen interest in child development.
  • Has a caring and kind nature.
  • Has imagination and creativity.
  • Enhances children’s learning through high quality interactions and provision.
  • Provides a safe and secure environment for our children to develop their social and communication skills, whilst recording observations and summarising their achievements.
  • Is an inspirational and outstanding classroom practitioner who leads by example and who motivates, inspires and challenges children to be passionate about their learning.
  • Has a proven track record and is passionate in developing children to be confident and compassionate.
  • Has very high expectations of all and will inspire, challenge and encourage children to achieve the best.

  • Experience of working with children in EYFS

  • Ability to observe and assess children against the EYFS Curriculum
