The Governing Board of Moss Side Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, confident and resilient Headteacher to lead the school forward.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• proven experience at senior leadership level within a primary setting;
• strong strategic, organisational and people management skills;
• the ability to delegate effectively and develop staff capacity;
• confidence in managing challenge and change;
• a commitment to working constructively with parents, the wider community and governors.
Teaching credibility and a secure understanding of the primary curriculum are essential; however, the Governing Board places particular emphasis on effective school leadership and management.
This is an opportunity for a skilled leader to shape the future direction of Moss Side Primary School in partnership with staff, pupils and governors.
