The Governors of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team and support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and continued development of our school.

Located in the rural village of Parbold, West Lancashire, our school is known for its warm, inclusive ethos and high standards. As a small school, we know our children well and are committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential. We are proud to be recognised as a high-performing school, with Outstanding judgements in our most recent Ofsted and Archdiocesan inspections.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
• Is committed to supporting and promoting the school’s Catholic ethos.
• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner who inspires high standards and a love of learning.
• Has experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with knowledge of EYFS.
• Can contribute effectively to whole-school improvement through monitoring, evaluation and strategic leadership.
• Has strong organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates creativity, drive and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Builds positive relationships with staff, governors, parents, pupils and the wider community.
• Is a flexible team player with a positive outlook and sense of humour.
• Is dedicated to making a lasting difference to the lives of children.
