Do you have the vision, warmth and determination to make a lasting difference? Tarleton Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our school community with compassion and strong values, following the retirement of our current Headteacher.
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader to guide our school community in growth, faith and learning. You will build on our rich Christian foundation and continue our tradition of inclusive, high-quality education, fostering a warm and supportive environment where every person is appreciated, potential is realised, and aspirations are nurtured and celebrated.
We are looking for a committed Christian Headteacher who will:
• Bring substantial leadership experience, with a proven record of delivering inclusive educational excellence and leading school improvement.
• Inspire and guide the school community, living out and promoting our Christian vision and values: Value… Dream… Achieve…
• Champion staff development, encouraging professional growth, excellence, and high standards across the school.
• Maximise the potential of our facilities to provide a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with all stakeholders, including our local Church, families, and businesses, ensuring the school continues to be at the heart of the community.
