St. Paul's is a happy school; the children come to school keen to learn and willing to work hard. Whilst academic achievement is important for all pupils, we know there are many other skills possessed by the pupils in our school: running, football, dance, drama, art and technology to name but a few. Each one of these skills and talents is celebrated and all our children are valued as individuals.
We are also a Rights Respecting School, and we are proud to have been awarded UNICEF's Silver `Rights Award. The successful candidate will lead support staff to assist in meeting the needs of Key Stage 2 pupils in order to successfully raise standards; they will employ strategies to overcome potential barriers to learning; possess excellent behaviour management skills in accordance with school policy; and have an enthusiasm for learning and creativity. Shortlisted candidates will be ask to teach a lesson in our school. This is likely to take place on Tuesday 7th June or Thursday 9th June 2022 with interviews held Friday 10th June 2022. Qualifed Teacher Status. Degree in national curriculum subject or Bachelor of Education.
