The governors of this ambitious Catholic school wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Lead Practitioner for Science. We are seeking candidates of the highest calibre to lead the Science team which comprises 7 teachers. The person appointed will be able to demonstrate excellence in their own teaching, as well as outstanding success in leading others. You will have a proven track record at GCSE level and teach Science across the full age & ability range, including both Combined and Separate Science at KS4. The role would suit an experienced Scientist who is looking to progress their career and contribute to the school’s whole-school aims. If you are interested in developing professionally and can validate relevant experience this post offers a great opportunity to work in a school where pupil behaviour is very good.
