Brookfield Community Primary School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated leader who has the passion, drive and commitment to work within the Leadership Team to have real impact We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Head teacher who is determined to raise standards and provision across the school. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop, support, motivate and inspire children, staff, parents and the community. The successful candidate will be:

· someone with proven leadership experience who can motivate and support others. a leader with proven leadership skills in co-ordinating a core curriculum subject or a significant area within school.

· a team player with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

· dedicated to continued improvement through successful CPD for both themselves and others and will use this to further drive development.
