Information

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Reception class teacher. The successful candidate will have high expectations in all areas of school life and a passion for ensuring the highest possible outcomes for pupils. They will work within an experienced EYFS team, incorporating colleagues from Nursery and Reception class settings.

They will have a strong personal faith or be willing to fully immerse themselves in the Catholic teaching of the school.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate newly qualified teacher applications for this post.

The post begins on 4th January 2022, but we would accommodate an earlier starting date if this was suitable to the successful candidate’s existing circumstances.

Alston Lane Catholic Primary School is a single form entry school with a record of high standards and high expectations. It is an excellent school for staff at all levels to develop professionally. We are a good school with a high standard of religious provision.

This is a full time, permanent position.
