The Governors are keen to appoint someone who will complement and strengthen the present Leadership Team and School Staff.

We are looking for someone who:-

can lead KS2

has a creative approach to learning

places inclusive practice at the forefront of everything they do

has a proven track record of effective leadership

enjoys working as part of a wider community team

is an outstanding classroom practitioner

has great people management skills and enjoys working as part of a vibrant staff team

has a clear focus on raising standards

is resilient and enjoys new challenges/motivating their team through challenges

has an excellent understanding of the KS2 standards and curriculum

is an excellent KS2 practitioner

enjoys the challenges and pace of change in education today

has excellent subject knowledge in Maths and English
