Information
We wish to appoint an excellent Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our talented and enthusiastic team at Christ Church Charnock Church of England School.

Christ Church is a vibrant, creative school with caring relationships based on a Christian Foundation. We believe every child should be given opportunities to enable them to fulfil their true potential. Staff work hard to ensure that children learn to enjoy discovering facts and developing their understanding of our wonderful world.
We have a high quality, broad and balanced curriculum which capitalises on learning opportunities in the local area as well as enhancing children's minds beyond their immediate locality. We value a creative approach. Music and Art have a high profile, and engagement in Physical Activity is a particular strength of our school. We also highly value the use of IT as a learning tool.

The highly inclusive nature of our school ensures that children's personal development and well-being is a particular strength. This is fuelled by a belief that each child is a unique part of God's creation and is of infinite and equal value. We believe that our highly supportive school ethos and quality relationships create the essential platform for maximising pupils' learning and also the successful development of staff.
The school places a high emphasis on promoting the spiritual well-being of its community through daily, thought provoking and active, collective worship.
We would be delighted to benefit from the additional talents and passion of a new member to our team- so please make clear in your letter of application the expertise you feel you could bring.
If you like a challenge, hard work and a strong sense of job satisfaction this could be the job for you.
