Holy Cross Catholic High School is an oversubscribed 11-16 Catholic comprehensive school. Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking teacher to assume this important strategic and operational role in this thriving school. The successful applicant will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven record of school improvement at middle leadership level.

Evidence of continuing professional development including working towards or attainment of Leadership Pathways or NPQSL - Desirable Qualifications

Recent successful comprehensive school experience at strategic leadership level or post of equivalent responsibility within the education sector
Experience of leading curriculum innovation
Recent and relevant experience of teaching at secondary level
