The Governing Body of Wellfield Methodist & Anglican Church School invite applications from suitably qualified, outstanding, inspirational and experienced teachers with proven leadership and management skills to support the Headteacher to develop the curriculum in driving forward school improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment and be able to motivate others to build on the current strengths of our church school.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will:
Embrace and nurture our whole school family
A successful leader who is committed to improving outcomes for all children by developing an outstanding curriculum that promotes high standards of achievement.
Ensure that every child has the opportunity to achieve his/her potential
Continue to foster and develop the Christian character of the school
Support, motivate and challenge colleagues to give of their best in every situation
Provide and lead as an example of outstanding practice to colleagues
Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to develop into an excellent leader
