The governors of Weeton St Michael's CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher to build on the success of the current postholder. We are a small, village school in rural Fylde at the heart of our community. We have a strong Christian ethos which supports our outward looking and aspirational philosophy. The staff team are professional and committed to the well- being and education of the children who respond by being highly motivated, well-behaved and creative learners. Our SIAMs inspection in November 2015 was GOOD, as was the Ofsted rating in March 2015.
We are looking for someone who:- prioritises physical, mental and spiritual well-being throughout school
- has high expectations of standards driven by a passion for exciting teaching and learning
- has proven leadership and interpersonal skills to form and maintain effective relationships with staff, children, families, governors and the wider community
- is committed to maintain the strong Christian ethos in school
- experience of teaching across all Key Stages
