The governors of Weeton St Michael's CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher to build on the success of the current postholder. We are a small, village school in rural Fylde at the heart of our community. We have a strong Christian ethos which supports our outward looking and aspirational philosophy. The staff team are professional and committed to the well- being and education of the children who respond by being highly motivated, well-behaved and creative learners. Our SIAMs inspection in November 2015 was GOOD, as was the Ofsted rating in March 2015.

We are looking for someone who:

prioritises physical, mental and spiritual well-being throughout school

has high expectations of standards driven by a passion for exciting teaching and learning

has proven leadership and interpersonal skills to form and maintain effective relationships with staff, children, families, governors and the wider community

is committed to maintain the strong Christian ethos in school

experience of teaching across all Key Stages
