Information
The Governors of McMillan Nursery School are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to teach children aged 2 -4 years. This is a temporary position for a year with a view to extend if pupil numbers allow. The Governors are looking for an innovative, creative, and truly dedicated Early Years Teacher who would be enthusiastic in developing outdoor learning. Essential Experience
• To have a working and current knowledge and understanding of how individual children's needs can be met through high quality EYFS provision, which reflects the EYFS statutory requirements.
• Experience of working with SEND children.
• To have had experience of guiding, mentoring, or training individuals or teams.
• Experience of working in partnership with parents.
• Experience of subject leadership and outdoor learning
Desirable Experience
• Experience of leading and managing a team of Teaching Assistants to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation.
