The Governors at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School wish to employ a full-time teacher in Year 1.  The successful candidate must be willing to support the Catholic ethos of our school and be an excellent classroom practitioner. He/She will have a proven record of effective teaching in a KS1 class and show a willingness to liaise with colleagues, show initiative, attend well and be committed to continuing their professional development.   Applicants should state their curriculum strengths and be able to demonstrate good practice.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status / PGCE

Honours degree

GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)

Essential Experience

Experience of working with children in a classroom situation.  

Desirable Experience

Experience working in a KS1 classroom.
