The Headteacher and Governing Body of Lever House Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational class teacher to join our highly skilled team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate teacher to progress their career.

The successful candidate will:

Be an inspirational and motivational teacher who believes in our vision, values and ethos and is totally committed to raising standards, while making learning fun and creative for all.

Be passionate about children's learning and welfare, forging strong relationships with parents and our wider school family.

Be a committed team player, demonstrating flexibility, co-operation and a willingness to take an active role in school life both inside and outside of the classroom.

Have high expectations of learning and behaviour for all pupils (including children with SEND).

Have recent experience teaching KS1 pupils.

Be a reflective practitioner who is open to new ideas and is responsive to feedback.

Have experience of teaching in a KS1 classroom effectively to raise standards. 

Uses effective and sequential planning, ongoing assessment and adaptive teaching to ensure every child makes good progress.

Use IT creatively to enhance learning opportunities (or be willing to learn).
