St Clare’s is a happy and vibrant school. We are a caring Catholic community and offer a welcoming environment where the uniqueness of each child is valued and celebrated. We are fortunate to have extensive school grounds, which we utilise for forest school sessions, sport, drama, gardening and outdoor learning. We are looking for a Headteacher who is:

• a caring, dedicated and inspiring Catholic leader
• instrumental in placing the school at the heart of the parish community
• able to motivate and encourage staff and pupils, to achieve to their full potential
• an excellent communicator who works inclusively with all staff, pupils, parents, governors, the Trust, the Diocese and the wider community
• able to demonstrate a track record in school improvement coupled with the drive, ambition and creativity to further develop our school potential.
