Following the successful promotion of our current headteacher, and after 12 years, the Governors are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed leader who will lead the school forward and make a difference to the lives and learning of our children, bringing out the best in each and every child. The Governors are looking for the successful applicant to become our new headteacher from the start of the Spring term in January 2025.

We are thrilled that you are interested in becoming the Headteacher at our wonderful School. As Headteacher at Clifton, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school, fostering and balancing a culture of academic excellence, personal growth, and community engagement. We are passionate about our vision, ethos and behaviours; we are looking for an individual who will continue to foster those values.

We are very proud of our school. It is a happy place for learning, full of eager and enthusiastic children. It is warm and welcoming to all and prides itself on the positive relationships that exist between children, families, staff and governors. All the hard work and commitment of the staff is backed up by a dedicated and diverse Governing Board.
