We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Upper KS2 teacher to join our happy, successful school and be part of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teachers at Ormskirk Asmall Primary School.

Asmall is a small school but with a big heart within its community. We had a successful Ofsted inspection in November 2023 which highlighted the many strengths of our school setting. ‘Pupils are happy at this nurturing school. The school’s values, such as kindness and respect, underpin the positive relationships that pupils have with each other and with adults. Pupils are thoughtful and well-mannered.   • Essential Qualifications
  • Primary Teaching qualification.
  • Desirable Qualifications
  • Completion of NQT / ECT period (desirable but not essential).
  • First aid trained.
  • Essential Experience
  • Experience in a primary school setting.
  • An understanding of safeguarding in schools.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience working in Key Stage 2.
