Parbold Douglas CE Academy is a thriving one form entry primary school with a strong Christian ethos. There is an independent Nursery on the school premises, operated by the Academy.
Following the promotion of our Assistant Headteacher to the post of Headteacher the Governors are looking for a person who has:
- A clear strategic vision for education, founded on strong Christian and educational values.
- A passionate commitment to develop learning and excellence for all our children.
- The ability to lead, inspire, empower and motivate all members of the school community to ensure everyone is able to let their light shine (Matthew 5:16).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to ensure continued growth in positive relationships with parents and the caring and inclusive ethos within the school.
