The Governors of Farington Moss St Pauls Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a full-time EYFS teacher to start in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a passion for Early Years Education and will be committed to nurturing, challenging and encouraging every child to reach their full potential.

The post is open to teachers with recent experience teaching in an EYFS  classroom environment.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status

Degree or equivalent

Using a range of learning and teaching techniques

Effectively teaching systematic synthetic phonics

Experience of teaching National Curriculum

Experience of managing support staff in the classroom

Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management skills

Desirable Qualifications

Full and active member of a church in membership of Churches Together England

Working knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework

Experience as a Subject Leader

Essential Experience

Recent experience of teaching/or Practice in EYFS

The distinctive nature of a Christian School and the role it plays in the parish and the wider community.

Understanding of the Diverse needs of children

Desirable Experience

Ability to provide a faith reference
