Do you have the vision and the ability to lead our school community in the next stage of our journey?

The Governors of Lytham Hall Park Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher who has the passion, the ideas and the commitment to continue to move our school forwards. This post has arisen due to the promotion of our Deputy Headteacher, Kerry Ainsworth, to the post of Headteacher here at Lytham Hall Park.

As we embark on a new chapter of leadership, we seek a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our school, upholding the high standards we cherish and sharing our ethos of continued growth and excellence.

Our expectations for the role of Deputy Headteacher
  • A leader who is ambitious for achievement, building on our strong outcomes by understanding assessment and pupil performance.
  • A leader who inspires excellence to continue the high standards in teaching and learning across the school by refining and improving practice, drawing on evidence-informed pedagogical methods to strengthen the implementation of the curriculum.
  • A leader who can develop our curriculum with creativity and innovation, playing a key role in the development and delivery of our ambitious curriculum.
  • A leader who appreciates the value of collaboration to work closely with the newly appointed Headteacher and committed Senior Leadership Team to embody the school culture and implement the school's vision and values.

In return, we will offer you high quality professional development and training to allow you to take the next step in your own leadership journey. You will also have the opportunity to work with an exceptional team of professionals and a responsive and supportive school family.

Our children are at the heart of all we do. If you are driven and excited by ensuring they are thriving in a school that provides them with the best quality of education then we very much look forward to your application for this post.
