The headteacher and governors of Broughton-in-Amounderness Church of England School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and engaging class teacher from September 2024.  This is a permanent position that would suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT), with the drive and determination to succeed. We are looking for an outstanding ECT who:

  • Is an excellent and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for highly effective teaching and learning;
  • can support and embrace the Christian ethos of the school;
  • has experience of working in key stage one
  • is committed to promoting positive attitudes to learning;
  • is creative, innovative, and forward thinking;
  • can form warm and positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents;
  • will take part in all aspects of school life.
