The headteacher and governors of Broughton-in-Amounderness Church of England School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and engaging class teacher from September 2024.  This is a permanent position that would suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT), with the drive and determination to succeed. We are looking for an outstanding ECT who:

Is an excellent and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for highly effective teaching and learning;

can support and embrace the Christian ethos of the school;

has experience of working in key stage one

is committed to promoting positive attitudes to learning;

is creative, innovative, and forward thinking;

can form warm and positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents;

will take part in all aspects of school life.

Full and active member of a church in membership of Churches together in England 

Essential Experience

Recent primary school teaching experience

A candidate who is familiar with the demands of the National Curriculum

Desirable Experience

Experience of working in a key stage 1 class
