Summary
The children, staff and Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our school.

Heasandford Primary School is a large and popular school, located close to the centre of Burnley. We are an inclusive school, serving a diverse community, in which every child is valued. All staff work hard to ensure we provide the best for our children and their families and the children are always at the heart of everything we do.

The successful applicant will: 

- Work closely with the class teacher to support learning and enhance quality first teaching

- Be committed to upholding our school's values and nurturing ethos

- Have a passion for developing children's learning across the curriculum

- Build strong relationships with children, staff and families and work as part of a team

- Be committed to whole-school life and be willing to support extra-curricular activities and school events, if required

- Be able to demonstrate good communication skills

- Show a willingness to develop and engage in continuous professional development

Weekly working hours are: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.00pm (27.5 hours), term time only.

The position is Grade 4 (£23,114 - £23893), however as this position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent and if successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
